Pale pixels on face when using Fashion Sense

I have no clue what could be causing this? There are pixels on my farmers face when I try to use any Fashion Sense clothing. Tops, Bottoms, Shoes, Accessories. All of them put this weird white layer over her face. Doesnt matter what her skin tone is either, it happens to all of them. Has anyone dealt with this before?
