Hi folks

i have very recently started drinking speciality coffee since 6 months or so and I love it. I used to have instant coffee for years before this.

However financially it doesn't seem viable. I drink close to 4 cups a day and thats 60gm meaning I require a kg every fortnight. I am thinking of moving to 2 cups instant and 2 cups brewed.

i usually take 2 cups hot and 2 cups iced. the iced cups are quite diluted maybe 25gm in 500ml. Alternatively I am thinking diluted cold brews.

Any suggestions to plan this.

Also I do aeropress and moka pot.

I have recent starting making my own coffee. I used moka pot for around 3 months. I make like 2 rounds of brewing and wash the pot once a day. Is that fine ?

Now I got myself a grinder and a aeropress. I just dust the grinder after every use is that enough? Also I brew using aeropress twice a day and water wash it. Does it require scrub cleaning with dish soap?
