I’m looking for a recommendation for a place to hold a high tea themed baby shower in the Columbia area. I’m trying to keep the budget to about $40 per person. I have contacted a few places but many are very expensive, require a lot of extras (like more food) or not really in the vibe of a tea. Grateful for any help here!
