Acidity in tomato based dishes

So I've finally gotten strict with my dairy free diet and I realize I don't like how acidic tomato sauce is on its own. Even a little cheese cuts the acidity by alot, same with heat in spicy dishes. Has anyone noticed this and have you replaced the cheese with something else?

I'm not even half way through living but I'm exhausted

I'm 31 years old and if I die of natural causes I'm not even half way there. I honestly cannot imagine another 35+ years.

I feel amazing for 1-2 days a month

I have an anxiety disorder and major depression. I was diagnosed as a teen, and it has had ups and downs but never really left. I also have PCOS, and for most of my adult life, I've been on birth control as a treatment. During the pandemic, I went off my birth control, and after a year or so, my periods started coming regularly for the first time in my entire life, and I'm 31 years old. With this more regular cycle I picked up a pattern, for 1 sometimes 2 days, in the week leading up to my period I feel good. I have energy to do hobbies, to do chores, call friends, etc. I have a sex drive, which my antidepressants normally kills, I feel in control of myself in a way that is hard to explain. It's like every day of my life I'm climbing up hill and suddenly for a day I reach flat ground. But it never lasts, sometimes I wish it didn't happen at all so I wouldn't know what I was missing.

I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience or knows what's happening?
