I am interested in building a rats deck, preferably mono-black but two colors is also fine. I would appreciate it if you could share your rat decks for inspiration.
Budget goal would be < $50 (excluding the commander) but lists up to $100 would be interesting to see.

I've joined a new play group and their bracket 3 is considerably more powerful than my old play group's. Basically as powerful as the bracket system allowed a three to be with consistent wins around turn 6-7.
Please recommend strong bracket 3 commanders that can be built on a budget. The only restriction is that I don't want to play Voltron, everything else is totally fine. My favorite colors to play are probably black and white if that is relevant lol
Budget range should be <150$ give or take.

I probably have a stupid question but cannot figure it out. I am interested in flicker effects that return a creature at the beginning of the next end step, like [[Parting Gust]] for example. Is it possible to cast the spell after the beginning of my opponent's ends step and right before my upkeep starts?
For example if I have [[Braids, Cabal Minion]] on the field and target it with [[Parting Gust]] in my opponent's end step, right before my turn starts. When does Braids return to the battlefield? During my end step or during my opponent's end step and thus before my upkeep, forcing me to sac something.
I am asking because a lot of flicker cards say "return (...) at the beginning of the next end step". But what is the next end step if I cast it during my opponent's end step, right before the turn passes to me.
