PG rental alert (might be scam)

Hello guys,

I am in hunt for a PG/1BHK room, so I have registered myself via various apps & websites. And today I got a call from a person stating the availability in Indira Nagar.

When I spoke with him he spoke completely in Hindi and as I am a non hindi speaker, I couldn't understand what he said.

So I asked him to share the details via whatsapp, but he just shared an image which sounded suspicious & different to me.

Also when I asked him to share the location he just asked me to call and visit him directly. Like no other proper info he gave!

So is this a scam?

Can I trust him?

Is it possible to get the same for this less cost in Indira Nagar?

How can I verify?

Can I ignore?

Need advice/suggestions for rooms/PGs

Hello guys, I am 23 M. I am about to start my internship next week (in Koramangala). I need an individual room (in & around the area, also contacts for cook if available) or suggest some good websites/apps to search for. I am new to this, any suggestions would be of great help.
