I’m tired of losing money on hauls that don't fit, so I’m building a tool to fix it. Would love your feedback/ideas.

I’m a long-time member of the rep community, and I’m posting this because I’m genuinely tired of the "sizing gamble." We’ve all been there: staring at a Taobao size chart, looking at agent QC photos, and just praying that the "Size L" doesn't show up fitting like a "Small."

Since returns aren't really an option once it hits our doorstep, I started coding a project called Isomer to help visualize fit before we ship. I’m just a dev trying to solve my own headache, but I wanted to see if this is something you guys would actually find useful.

The two things I’m trying to solve:

  1. The "Will it actually fit?" Anxiety Instead of guessing, I’m building a "Fit Compass." It takes the actual CM measurements of a garment and maps them against your own body stats on a 2D axis (Tight vs. Loose / Long vs. Cropped). The goal is to know exactly how that specific hoodie or jacket will sit on your frame, not the seller's model.

  2. Finding stuff that fits your specific build When your haul is at 3kg and you want to add a "filler" item, it’s hard to find reviews from people with your exact stats. I want to make it so you can see how items fit on a "Body Double" that matches your measurements, so you aren't just taking a shot in the dark.

Just to be clear: I’m not trying to replace the usual QC process or stitching checks. I know we all care about the accuracy of the reps. This is strictly a tool to help with sizing and silhouette so we stop wasting money on clothes we can't wear.

I'm not here to sell anything; I'm just in the "build in public" phase and would love to hear from you:

  • What’s a feature you wish you had when checking sizes?
  • What’s the most annoying part about current size charts?

If you're interested in the journey or want to help me test it, I'm posting the progress and the bugs on IG 0xmonte.

I’d love to hear your thoughts or any ideas on how to make this better for the community.
