Second post, 3 weeks, 9 hours of calls, 3 conference calls between xfinity and disney.. I still cannot login to hulu/disney from the Xfinity bundle I purchased

I'm kind of at a lost for words, this might be the most frustrating situation I've dealt with a company I'm giving money to. I did not think 3 weeks later it'd still be unresolved.

Just to set the scene, this is a high level error that does not fall under all of the recommendations that the tier 1 or even tier 2 support can give. I've had multiple calls with them. every time having to re-explain the situation to a new agent (who have always been kind and trying their hardest to help), but i know whatever checklist/script they're trying will not help the situation.

i signed up for the 5 year locked contract, gig down internet speed on May 2nd. with it included the free disney/hulu bundle. disney and hulu worked perfectly fine until May 4th. On May 4th, I went down to my retail store down the street and added two cable boxes. I believe an error happened that day because after that transaction/change both services stopped working. This was further corroborated to me, as the 2nd conference call I had between xfinity and disney, the disney rep told us that on May 4th, there was an activation and a cancellation both on that same day. There was no note/info/report or anything else except it was cancelled. It was on xfinitys side, and Disney couldn't help more in the matter. Xfinitys side (and also what i can see at xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions) show it as active. disneys side shows it as cancelled.

Every time i login to disney I get a "resubscribe today!" which leads to a blank page which doesn't give any options/buttons or links.

I've had two seperate "callbacks" scheduled from tier 2 or 3 supports, both telling me to wait 24 hours to receive a call from them after they tried something new. the first i waited 5 days, to not receive a call back. the 2nd has been 30 hours now and still nothing yet.

im trying to be patient, but this situation is testing me. my fiance is going through cancer treatment, and a singular show on hulu is the only thing that she wants to watch to unwind at the end of the day. im not looking for sympathy. i just want what was used to get me to sign up be delivered.

On the 2nd tier 2/3 call I had the foresight to ask for a ticket number, which I will gladly give to a rep. It was never offered to me in any of the other calls.

I apologize for this being so long, but I needed to get all the information out, because I can not keep going through these without losing my sanity

I'm having the same issues I've seen others are having. Yesterday spent 2 hours with both xfinity and disney reps and neither were able to give me any help

Recently got the gig service, which include disney/hulu, peacock, and added a cable box to get espn unlimited now as well

The first two days hulu and disney were working fine, but after that I can't get them to work no matter what I try. my /yoursubscriptions page show them as active, but when I click through on disney or hulu it tells me to resubscribe today.

I click restart subscription and am brought to another page that says "Choose your plan" but doesn't have any other options. It's just a blank page. I've tried on multiple computers, incognito mode, clearing cache/cookies, basically anything I've seen online. Any help would be appreciated

I'd say the purchase intent is 80% for gaming, 20% for music. I've absolutely loved the 990s, but am just ready to complete the wireless trifecta with headphones

I saw recently beyer has a wireless model, and wouldn't mind staying with them if the sound is as good or even near. I saw steelseries have a headset with swappable battery packs, which seems like such a good idea im not sure why more wireless headset makers dont do the same

The third option ive been weighing is the logitech pro x2. ive used their wireless mouses since the og superlight, but have seen mixed reviews on the headset

I guess my question is, if anyone had the 990s or are familiar with them, which out of the 3 would work for me? I'd be open to suggestions as well. I've also used a blue yeti mic for the past 8 years and wouldn't mind ditching it if the headset has a decent mic built in. Sorry for the wall of text, but i appreciate any replies that could help narrow it down or inform me. cheers!
