We’re part of the T5 baggage fuck up. We’ve received 3/5 of our bags. About to leave our current city in Scotland though, and it won’t let us update our delivery address on the baggage claim website since there’s been a partial delivery.

The email from them says to call a baggage number to speak to a person, but it’s not allowing any calls through for 24 hours now.

What are we supposed to do here? Our air tags are still showing T5 Heathrow!
