Completely new to bikes - only sat on a mates one and gone vroom vroom with it (too scared to move anywhere on it).

Do I get a couple lessons before I do my CBT? I’m sure I’d be fine taking it straight away but part of me wants to make sure I’m doing it right. If I’m honest I’ve not even heard of bike lessons so fuck knows maybe I’m very sheltered or they just don’t really exist.
