GLPs not working

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem, i was diagnosed with hashimotos at the age of 12, current levels TPO 522 T4 12 TSH 9
i have always struggled with my weight, when i was diagnosed at 12 i was 75kg, i am now 20 and weight around 100kg
i have tried a lot when it comes to weight loss:
GLP medication ( liraglutide, tirzepatide)
dairy free
gluten free
high protein low carb diet
gastric balloon
normal dieting and exercise ( light cardio 4 days a week, 10k steps, calorie deficit)
stupidly low calorie deficits (i’m talking 900 calories a day)
the most i have ever lost is around 20lbs in a year, then afterwards i regain the weight and more
i feel like i am stuck in a constant loop, i am currently back on liraglutide as i was on tirzepatide but actually gained weight even on 10mg. since being back on liraglutide for 8 months i have only lost 10lbs, at some points even gaining weight (i am on a calorie deficit of around 1400 calories a day)
recently my doctor started me on levothyroxine as i was really symptomatic, i have been reading into a lot of literature about hashimotos and feel like the actual autoimmune inflammation is not adressed, its just kind of like oh wait until your thyroid doesn’t work anymore and then you just get thrown levothyroxine at you
has anyone got any recommendations at all, i have tried supplements like vitamin d and many others i just feel like im at a loss, my next option is bariatric surgery by looks (even though my bmi is not high enough to qualify as im 178cm tall)
