is a 35% salary increase reasonable?
i currently have 2.7 years of experience as an analyst and i want to transfer to a different company. if asked for my salary expectation, would it be reasonable to ask for a 35% increase from my last salary? ang unstable na ng current company ko and it’s honestly so draining na. tyia!
