Hi!

I’m new to oil painting but I paint *without* solvents. I use the Cobra water soluble medium or the Gamblin Solvent-Free gel.

However when I paint, I’m still getting nausea and headaches unless I have a fan going.

I have sensory issues and the noise and feel of air on my skin is overwhelming. Does anyone have any tips for being able to oil paint in a room with just a window open?

I’ve noticed that of all my paints, Williamsburg is the worst with smell. Idk if that means anything lol
