Old monk coffee is not "real" rum
Old Monk Coffee XO (cost RS 800 in Shillong) contains neither Coffee nor Rum.. I understand the coffee flavour part, but it has what's called ADDED NATURE IDENTICAL RUM!! WTF does that even mean.. they add rum flavour to ethyl alcohol?! plus it gave a bad hangover to me and my friends.
I bought Amrut Two Indies Rum (cost RS 1220) to see if that's the case in all so called premium rums.. it contains Imported Caribbean Rum and added caramel flavour.
I know which one I'm drinking from now. DRINKERS BE AWARE!
