Pretty proud of the progress I’ve made over the last 4 or 5 months. I’ve always been in shape but I feel like I’ve been able to take it to the next level with peps. Muscles are more defined, more structure jaw, slimmer waist, and weirdly my random grey hairs have gone away.
I’m on Reta, tesa and GHK-CU. It took a lot of trial and error around suppliers, products, dosage etc. but locked into what feels right now (and thankfully not over spending on this).
For background, I’m a 30 year old male in Canada 🇨🇦 and work a very busy job and have always been involved in fitness.

Really interested to see if people notice a difference in how fit/lean people are this summer. I quickly learned that everyone in this city is taking peptides to make them look better/feel better, and the percentage of gays in the city injecting this is way more than you could ever imagine.
I caved in January and started a few, and honestly haven’t looked back… excited for a shirtless speedo summer this year 😂
