Wondering how it is fair that one person has to do all donut and breakfast food, 136-150 donuts in an hour, then have 58 items for sale in warmers at 5am and maintain til 10am all by themselves for last 3 months with ZERO help given to them for almost two years? No support from anyone

Speaking of managers

What do you do when manager diminishes what you do and gives no help, lies on year report and writeups, and doesn’t say anything positive just criticism? And also how many people should be in kitchen in a tier 2 store? Cause a lot of days it’s been just one person struggling in kitchen and 2 to 4 people upfront that socialize instead of going to help kitchen. Cause over a decade with Casey’s kitchen had always been harder to work than upfront. I’ve never heard anyone say upfront is to hard can I work kitchen
