Is this Bro built correctly?

This Bro was from my first Town. Absolutely amazing starting stat rolls + training rolls + talents + traits. This beast was my tank since Day 2.
This bro has insanely high MATK, so I'm considering switching her to a 2H role. However, the Perk trees they rolled does not seem to favour being converted into a 2H damage bro. (Hence the 5 perk points sitting unused!)
Without context of my current roster, what would you guys do? What about a different weapon?
