Trying to can weight after treatment

I (27F) was diagnosed with thymoma aug-sept 2025 and I've had to go through 4 rounds of chemo, resection, and 25 rounds of radiation. Throughout the last 8-9 months I've lost 25-30 pounds mostly from chemo. I used to be 145-150 and now I'm 116-120 lbs. I've been trying to gain weight with protien drinks after speaking with the nutritionist at the center. But I feel like I'm not gaining anything, my weight either stays the same or I go down a pound. I've never been a big eater before this, but I look at eating has a chore now. Any advice on how to gain weight, I atleast want to go back into the 130s.

Trying to gain weight after treatments

Hi, 26 y/o (F), I was diagnosed in August-September last year with thymoma b1. I did 4 rounds of chemo, then surgery, and finally 25 rounds of radiation. I've lost so much weight throughout all these treatments. I started out 147-150 lbs and after chemo I was down to 125-126lbs. During radiation my weight was pretty stable at 120-124lbs. My radiation treatment was finished in May, I thought my weight would do back up or stabilize but it just seems to be going down now im at 115lbs-119/120lbs. Any advice on how to gain back the weight post treatment.

Neuropathy months after chemo

26 (F) - While getting a scan for rule out TB summer of last year to start a nursing program I had to get an Xray where they found something suspicious. I had to get a CT scan and they found a tumor on my thymus. I had 4 rounds of chemo to shrink it because it was big in order to remove it. I had numbness, tingling, and burning everywhere in my body pretty much. From my arms and legs when I was on chemo to my mouth and tongue, these symptoms continued after I finished chemo in December 2025. I had surgery to remove the tumor and radiation after. The numbness and tingling would come and go, while they were annoying it was manageable. I let my oncologist know, she said it would go away and it did, but it continues to come and go.

Just recently (the beginning of this week) my neuropathy came back to both of my arms. It is now a stabbing pain, burning, and sometimes it feels like someone is stabbing in my arms. It was worse on my right arm but now it has calmed down and now my left arm is an tingling, burning, and intense stabbing pain. It the weekend and I dont know what to do. I cannot get an appointment with my pcp until maybe Tuesday or Wednesday and my oncologist wont h3lp with these things anymore had I'm not on chemo anymore.
