Ideas for Corporate Tenant Events

Hi everyone! I work as a property admin for a large upscale office building in a major city, and I’m looking for fresh ideas for tenant events and activations throughout the year.

We host a mix of small, medium, and larger-scale tenant events, along with occasional specials in partnership with our in-building restaurant/bar. I’m trying to expand our calendar with new ideas tied to holidays, seasonal moments, and fun national days so things stay creative and engaging year-round.

Here are some examples of what we currently do:

Small / simple activations:

• Complimentary popcorn in the lobby
• Tenant headshot events
• Kendra Scott jewelry pop-up for Mother’s Day
• Raffle giveaways with prizes
• Halloween trick-or-treating in the lobby

Larger events:

• Ice cream sundae catering
• Burger catering (Tenants favorite event)
• Mini games in the courtyard
• Live music during happy hour
• Fall-themed event with photo booth + seasonal food
• E-waste recycling day

Kitchen / restaurant-driven events:

• Valentine’s Day themed desserts
• Mother’s Day bundt cakes
• National Margarita Day specials
• St. Patrick’s Day themed drinks
• March Madness food + viewing themes
• Masters Tournament golf theme with themed food and mini putt-putt in the courtyard
• Cinco de Mayo themed drinks

I’m really looking for ideas around:

• Holidays (major + lesser-known)
• Seasonal activations (spring/summer/fall/winter)
• National days (fun or quirky ones especially)
• Creative tenant engagement ideas we might not have tried yet
