I have often referred to the lord of the rings trilogy as the best trilogy of all time. Are there any other trilogies I’m forgetting? The lord of the rings seems to hit all of the major notes for me as each movie is fantastic in both production and enjoyable watches. I know often the Star Wars original trilogy is held in high regard but I would take lord of the rings over it. What are other trilogies in contention for best of all time?
