[Accident] Rapido driver jumped a red signal and crashed into my car
This is a very sad day. I was going to office and was waiting at a very major signal here in hyderabad. As it turned green I started my car and was at the crossing (i was the first car at the signal). A rapido driver in a scooty jumped the signal from the right side and came across my car at around 40kmph and unfortunately we crashed and there was a pillion rider (a woman) who got hit. I stopped the car immediately and went upto her and people were already helping her and the police were there as well. I told her to sit in my car while we waited for an ambulance. My car front got damaged with bonnet dented and front bumper and fender coming out as the scooty went under the car's front. Even the windshield got cracked. An auto came and took her to the hospital, i managed to park my car near the traffic tower and went to lodge a complaint. I don't know how i will be impacted by this legally but i feel really sorry for the lady and extremely mad at the rapido driver
