The owner doesn’t care about scratches or dents. This car needs 10 minutes to stop, so stay out of its way, or the dent will cost more than the Bolero itself. If you see a “Shashan” sticker, stay extra far away. You don’t wanna fuck with this guy. You never know which politician or policeman he knows.

3. Fortuner
Pretty cliché, but there are various kinds of Fortuner owners. The worst ones drive the top-spec AT models with political stickers. The guy doesn’t need to shift gears, so all he’s concerned about is overspeeding and flexing his Legender. The political flag at the front also feeds his ego and makes him feel invincible.

4.Swift
You probably think this is a joke, but the Swift is a very popular choice among college-aged gundas in NCR. You’ll see them standing outside their Swifts in front of your college, and you’ll wonder how seven people were sitting inside one. Don’t even look at them. Fights are entertainment for these guys, and they can get their egos hurt over the most minor things. Their Swifts come factory-fitted with baseball bats and a million other things meant to destroy your car if things get heated.

5.Scorpio Classic
Ah, the famed kala ghoda, frequently spotted with huge alloys and black film. The owners take it as a challenge to drive worse than Thar and Scorpio N owners because they believe this is the real badmasha ki gaadi. No matter the situation, this guy is going to try overtaking you. He takes offence at the very presence of other vehicles on the road. They find it very hard to keep the steering wheel straight, so you’ll often see the rear end losing grip as they try to fly past you.

Guys, I have a 2017 Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG, and my CNG tank is fitted outside the car.

Today, I went to a CNG station, and my tank has an 8 kg capacity, but the machine showed that they filled 9.5 kg of CNG. 💀

How is this even possible? Is it normal due to pressure and temperature differences, or did something go wrong with the meter or filling process?

Has anyone with a Celerio or a similar CNG car experienced this?

I'm genuinely confused about how a tank rated for 8 kg could take 9.5 kg. Is it safe to drive, or should I get the tank check?

It's a 2017 Celerio with an externally fitted CNG cylinder.

I have love for Sedans and I was looking for something feature rich, reliable naturally aspirated engine along with support for CNG get in future (low compression ratio).
Happy with 360 degree camera and ADAS System.

The biggest downside is the single digit mileage, which is around 8 KMPL in city traffic.

I did not go for any turbo petrol engine reason being there tightly tuned for particular ethanol blend, so I did not go for Slavia or Virtus.

So, I did not go for Honda city because even though it has a very good performing engine, but it is not that feature it when compared to Hyundai Verna.

I’m yet to get the first service done. Please let me know if you have seen any improvement in mileage in city traffic in double digits.

I am searching for a second-hand car, and a lot of my posts have told me I am overpaying, and the value of the car has depreciated a lot. Can someone please explain to me how it works based on the car model, year and mileage, and do dealers or used car sites charge more? What ceiling should be followed while looking at listings on online platforms like truevalue,spinny and olx?

So this happened this evening around 5:30 PM at our society. Three balconies, one on top of the other, came down together and landed straight on our car, which was parked below. Some work had been going on in the top flat for the past few days.

The car is a 2020 Baleno Sigma 1.2 Petrol, with an IDV of ₹3,27,600.

Total loss or repairable, honestly?

Anyone dealt with Go Digit for a total loss claim?
How was the settlement process, and how long did
it take?

Should we push for a total loss, or let them repair it if they say it’s repairable?

Has anyone successfully claimed compensation from the society or the flat owner in a situation like this?

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thankfully, everyone is safe. At the end of the day, the car is just a car. 🙏

My VW Virtus met with an accident while we were trying to save a dog. The speed was around 30 km/h and the car hit a divider. The car is fine with back, left and right. There is no damage there. Only in front there is an issue.

We bought the car in January last year, and it is our first car. We have insurance and have already raised a claim.

VW authorised service centre has given an estimate of around ₹12 lakh ( including 170000 gst). In the estimate they told that engine may need replacement so the estimate costs 12 lakh. The car's IDV is around ₹17 lakh.

VW service centre has given us the option of declaring it a total loss, but we don't want that. We are completely fine with waiting for the repairs and want to keep the car.

My question is can the insurance company forcefully declare it as total loss even if we are willing to repair it?

Would appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through a similar situation.
