I feel like I’m always falling a little behind on cleaning any LBAs always have this issue? I don’t know if I just need better time management skills or what the case is I feel like I always have brushes to clean up at my next shift. I want to know if this is normal or if I could improve my time management
I get so agitated when people ask too many questions about the birthday gifts when it’s busy, especially when I feel the entitlement about the gift. I will say I can completely understand not being familiar with brands and products but I feel like if you’re going to come in and be demanding about the gift and pull up your app, you have the ability to research about what they are. Also, don’t get me started on when our store runs out of a specific one. We have no control over that it’s so frustrating when people get upset at us for it

I’m a little confused on the updated policy regarding social media usage and how we cannot post about products paid or unpaid from competitors. Is that even legal?
So I work at Sphora and something from our updated employee manual says we cannot post about products that are retailed by our immediate competitor Ult* or Amazon. Whether it’s paid or unpaid and I think that must be some sort of violation because what I do in my personal life should not have anything to do with my job. Like what do you mean if I were to mention a sunscreen by a pretty popular brand like La Roche Posay for the sake of education or simply shits and giggles I could be terminated from my job?
