I know that this should be such a non-issue, but I am nearing the end of my rope with these free birthday gifts. I am sick and tired of clients taking 5 minutes of my time for me to explain what every single thing is in each of the boxes, only for them to not even pay attention. I am sick and tired of explaining to clients that “sold out” means we do not have it. I am sick and tired of clients getting angry with me because we don’t have an online exclusive gift in stock. I think that these free birthday gifts give clients a massive sense of entitlement.

Does anyone know what’s included and what’s cancelled in this month’s gratis bag? My store has no care to share this information with BAs, specially part-time BAs.

so happy today, yesterday we had our DM visit and two of managers told me she loved me 🥹 that she kept complimenting me on how I followed the triple AAA method, showed and sold everyone a sephora product, knew how to connect with our clients, got 3 BI signups within my first 2hrs in my shift, and kept using my device.Honestly felt really good because lately some people in my job has made me feel really not happy anymore and been losing my love my sephora.
