Hi everyone,

Looking for some troubleshooting help, please.

I have the buds4 pro and s26 ultra. I keep having occasionally disconnects when I'm on phone calls. I'll hear the buds disconnect tone and then an attempt to reconnect after 5-10 seconds.

I turned off the seamless switching setting, but I'm still having the problem. Software on both are up to date.

I've never had this issue with the buds2pro, but only on the 4pro.
