We had a broadband full outage which lasted 11 days we told sky on the first day off losing it and 11 days later the broadband was working again so we contacted sky about compensation we were told it would be paid automatically after 31 days we have had an on going battle now for nearly 3 weeks after the 31 days today sky offered us 42 pound off the next due payment

Ofcan have stated it should be £10.42 per day so we have started a complaint against sky with ofcan has anyone else had the same thing happen
