Will I get cse through boards?

I've got 92.6% aggregate and 90% PCM.

Will I get cse or any specialization with this? (No state quota)

Please tell what other options should I consider if I don't get cse in TIET. (Which I'm pretty sure I won't)

I need serious advice!

I scored 90% in PCM in 12th boards. And overall 92.6%.

My JEE score is too low, and I couldn't get shi in other entrance exams as well.

Are there any good options at this percentage for direct admission in North India? Fee is one of the major factor.

Should I go for any of the AKTU colleges? Or get scholarships in private colleges like Chitkara/Graphic Era/DIT Dehradun.

I'm genuinely so confused. I've looked at so many colleges, went through all the stats.

Which ones to fully avoid? And which ones can I seriously consider.
