Is Montclair state university worth it?

Ok so I’m a junior in high school and really thinking about colleges. It was my dream to go to college in New York but it was far too expensive to be able to attend a college in NYC, and the cheaper ones didn’t have guaranteed housing. Then I heard about Montclair state and I thought it sounded perfect. It’s affordable, easy to get into (I have a 3.85 gpa rn) and only 12 miles from NYC with a train on campus. So is it realistic to just hop on over to New York after classes on some days? Or how does that work? And is this a good option for someone who wants the NYC experience without the prices. I also heard it’s a commuter school but I would plan to live on campus, and I plan to major in Pysch and Minor in film? Any advice or thoughts would be very helpful and appreciated

SCHOOL SPIRITS GHOSTIES LISTEN UP PLEASE

Ok, hi everyone, now that I have your attention I have a huge favor to ask. So my really close friend started a School Spirits Memes account on Instagram “SchoolSpiritsMemes_” and she only has about 70 followers, her dream for that account is to kinda blow up a little bit and for eventually the cast to follow her since she is also a huge school spirits fan and loves the cast very much. I want this to be a surprise for her so that’s why I came here because she doesn’t have Reddit, so would you all do a huge favor and go follow her insta? I know it would mean a lot to her. And then go tag the cast in the comments on some of her posts? If it’s not too much. Thank you, it will make her so happy she’s a huge fan

I need your guys help please

Ok so, this August I get to go to Vancouver and visit the filming locations! So far I have the locations of the school, the fields, and the forest, does anyone know of anymore filming locations for other scenes? Or more specifically Maddie’s house? Any further info would be extremely helpful. School spirits is my favorite show ever and it really is a dream come true to get the opportunity to see where it’s filmed

I’m thinking about going here?

So I’m 16, and I want to really start considering what colleges to apply to. I want to go to college in New York and I heard a lot of good things about Baruch. But I’m nervous about the no guaranteed housing thing, and how to get into Baruch? Since I heard it’s also pretty competitive. Any thoughts are encouraged, thank you

CUNY housing

Ok, so my dream school is to get into Fordham, because it’s in the city and seemed like the cheaper option, compared to NYU that is, but then I started looking into PACE, and saw it was cheaper but still suppperrrr expensive, so now I’m thinking about CUNY? But I don’t know which one. I need to have housing because I’ve never been to New York before and don’t really know like how everything works over housing wise, but I saw that CUNY either doesn’t have it, or it’s very competitive to actually get a dorm. I know this next part is going to sound super picky but I would also love to have a dorm with the city out the window, so kinda high up. And I was thinking of Majoring in Psychology and minoring in Media studies? So which college would you recommend. I really want to be in the city and have housing

16 year old, dream school Fordham HOW DO I GET IN

Ok, so like I said my DREAM COLLEGE is Fordham. I’m 16, and it’s always been my dream to go to Fordham, specifically Lincoln Center because I REALLYYY want to live right in the city. But I don’t know how to get accepted. I want to major in Media Studies or maybeee Psychology I haven’t decided, but most likely Media Studies or film. My grades have always been pretty good, Freshman year my weighted gpa was a 4.07 and this year, it’s been really hard mentally, just been dealing with a lot so my grades dipped to mostly Bs and a few As but I’m hoping to still get it up. Next year is when college classes and AP classes are available so I plan as taking at least 2 as a Junior and at least 2 as a Senior. Also my school requires 80 services hours just to graduate so I have that too. But ANYYY advice on how to get accepted would be amazing. I have a backup so if I don’t get Fordham I will also apply to PACE university, any thoughts on that?
