Is there anyplace with good, even mediocre, breakfast tacos in the area?

I will be traveling through Louisiana on the Fourth of July. I’m going to be on I-20 all the way across the state. Where should I stop to get some good supplies to take home? What brands should I look for? Andouille, Cajun spices, canned goods etc, etc. even stopping at grocery stores is good. Just want to pick up some authentic tasty products.
