Do I need to kill all the bosses without the bile flasks in the same save file? I don't want to kill the rest of the bosses with this challange without a reason because I have only killed the warden of the silent sorrow and ten piedad. But if it counts however, I will kill the rest with the challange and just defeat the first two bosses in a different save. So please let me know.
