What is THIS??
Discovered this *right* under the grass, when trying to plant pumpkins for Halloween. It’s sitting at surface level 4 feet behind the center of a little 1955 brick rancher, in the back yard.
This thing has a metal thing in the center that doesn’t rotate, and the outside rim feels like concrete, maybe? What is this thing?
