SSV Expired Food Help
I'm an SSV (been one for a year now), and have been having trouble with food items being left out that are expired. It's usually RDT&E, blueberries, or the yogurts we have now. Im stressing because this got me a documented coaching in my one year at the siren and my asm keeps coaching me on other findings of expired product on my closes. I was scheduled several closing shifts back to back with counts and clean plays and missed things sometimes trying to check all the food and product. What can I do to make sure Im not missing anything when closing?
😔 i love this job and i feel like I'm on thin ice now with expired products. I dont want to lose my job. Im transferring soon and apparently the new manager is a stickler for these things so Im trying to get it together before my times up at my home store...🫠
