Rig acting up depending on if audio cable is plugged in or not

I swear every single day I fix this issue, and then it un fixes itself. Anyone have any idea on how to fix?

Always on the 6 meter band aswell.

The power should only be about 25W, as that is my legal limit.

Floorp not finding voices

I use a website that uses speech synthesis which works on firefox, however, they don't show up in floorp. Is there anyway to point the voices files to floorp?
