Finding a job with IBS
I am 23 and live in the UK. I currently work in retail part time as I am a student at uni. I’ve been finding it hard managing my symptoms at work bc even though my managers are aware of my condition, they don’t always seem very considerate. Sometimes they don’t let me go straight away when I need to, I often feel rushed if it’s busy, and there’s only one bathroom between all of us, which is right in the middle of the stock room with people constantly walking past so I can’t relax.
Does anyone have any job recommendations in the uk that are good for managing this condition. I can’t work full time as I’m a student which makes stuff like office work hard to get. The job market is so bad rn I am searching indeed every day. I’m feeling so frustrated with my current job and the amount of pain I leave work in, I need to find something else asap.
