Doctor diagnosed me with seborrhoeic dermatitis & he gave me an anti-fungal cream & steroid, and it worked. But I can't use those long term.

My wife is of Indian + Coloured heritage and is married to an African man, so our household diet includes a lot of Indian and African foods.
She has insulin resistance and needs to see a dietitian. The last dietitian she saw a few years ago(White male) tended to recommend avoiding many Indian & African dishes rather than helping her adapt them into a healthier eating plan.
Can anyone recommend a good dietitian in Pretoria or Johannesburg who is knowledgeable about Indian or traditional South African dishes and can provide culturally relevant dietary advice?
A female dietitian would be a bonus, but the main thing is finding someone who understands foods such as ting (mabele) or dhal, and other staples that are common in our home.
Just to be clear, this isn't about excluding anyone based on race. We're simply looking for someone who is familiar with the foods she actually eats so that the advice is practical and sustainable.
With all the tensions happening in SA & all over the world & the increase in unpredictable weather conditions, I want to have an emergency survival bag/kit.
It should have freeze-dried food, thermal blankets, first aid kit etc.
Does anyone know where I can buy one instead of buying all those items individually ?
