• Seems to have adsorbed leather oil or particles when it was in a leather sleeve due to the unpolished matte surface, so it has some slight spotting and is a little lighter than it would be if new. Someone told me it will come off by rubbing it a lot.
• Button-piston fill (like vacumatic).
• Very smooth EF nib though it's still a bit wider than Pilot <F> for example.

2. Faber-Castell Ondoro

• No issues. Standard microscratches. Cap facets have to line up with the body facets when you put it on. Snap cap.

• In my opinion the best modern/industrial pen design along with the Lamy 2000, though I wish the nib was a bit bigger or the section had a different shape. The filling system works but it's an annoyance when a regular piston would work just as well. I guess you'll not accidentally unscrew your piston since it locks in place. The manual will explain how to operate the filling system but it would also be good to check a video.
• Very wet M nib.
• Slight wearing away of the PVD on the threads from the cap turning.
• Very slight rotational play in the piston knob when it's locked in place- if you shake it you'll feel it. Not sure if this is normal.

Parker Blue Striped Duofold / Duovac Junior size [C*] $150 $120 $80.

Gold nib. Kind of a fine nib. You can see writing comparison with two Japanese F nibs. Lovely celluloid. Decently visible ink view between the stripes. Restored when I bought it. A little too small for me even though I am liking smaller pens now. Low price because I would like someone to use it. Unused pens give me anxiety.

Flaws: warped barrel near the piston cap but you won't feel that when writing, and scuffs from the cap rotation on the barrel.

The picture shows it with ink from when I dipped it for the writing, but there is no ink inside- thoroughly flushed with distilled water. Vacumatic button filling.

0. Nib Leonardo "La Fenice" #8 <B>. I need to keep one of these 3 nibs. If you would prefer this gold tone broad nib on one of the Arborea pens let me know and I can swap it, but I can't sell this one alone. The trims on the pens are palladium so know this particular nib won't match those trims.

1. Leonardo Arborea Larch (yellow-teal-black). Nib: #8 <M>. Condition: [B]. $650

Here are two big Leonardo pens. They were special editions from 2023 made for the Corsani shop (you can see the engraving on the grip) for World Tree Day. I believe they have the same profile as the Leonardo Dodici. I like this shape over other Leonardo models but I have now found I like the Leonardo Audace shape even more and I never got around to reducing the size of these nibs. They write too wide for me. They are both beautiful ebonite in these unusually joyful colors and with palladium trim. They certainly remind me of wood and the beach in the case of the Larch. Despite the size they are not heavy and are very pleasant to hold.

They have no damage and the material is still very well polished. I included a photo with a Montblanc 149 for a size comparison. The Arborea nibs are slightly longer but the grips are slightly thinner than the MB 149. The nibs are Leonardo's "La Fenice" nibs with a pheonix engraving. On a recent "#8" pen I got from them they did not use a "La Fenice" nib and it has a wider and shorter profile than these. Both are piston fillers and the mechanism works. The last photo shows them in a different lighting. The earlier photos make them appear a little darker than they really are.

Both nibs are very smooth and rather normal mediums. I used them for less than one ink fill each, but I am also not the first owner.

This is the contemporary M805. It does not have any barrel translucence (for shame). I prefer the more imperfect and less-uniform-stripes look of older Pelikans now.

TRADE: I would trade for any of the Pelikan M600 Art Collections (Glauco Cambon, Rudi Rother, Georg Tippel) but I will prioritize a finer nib, preferably Extra Fine if multiple options present. Condition variable but must be operational and no large visual imperfections. Please send me verification photos of the pen you have.

Summary: Trade my broad nib for your medium (or finer?) nib

I have a Taccia Empress nib which is essentially a Sailor King of Pen (KOP) nib, but it has a different surface design and may be a different karat number (18k) than what Sailor offers. It is in Broad. I would like to trade it for the same nib in Medium (or finer if it's been ground). I think they only make down to a Medium. I don't mind whether I trade for a Taccia branded nib or a Sailor branded nib. I'd prefer a two-tone or silver-tone nib though. We could swap feeds or not- let me know your thoughts. I don't know if there's any difference between the Taccia and Sailor feeds.

I have this Esterbrook Mini Stub in an Esterbrook / JoWo housing. It is ground from an F nib. It is pretty smooth. I think it is like a cursive-italic nib. Vertical strokes are wider than horizontal strokes. I don't use it much because I need to print often and I don't like the result with print.

I would trade it for an Esterbrook Scribe / Architect nib in any color, or maybe a non-Esterbrook architect nib (at least #6 size though).

I have a few second-hand Leonardo pens with the 14K #8 size La Fenice nibs, but I'd like to exchange the nibs for finer ones.

The broad is in gold trim color, the other two are medium in silver/palladium trim color. I would like to trade all of them for your #8 14K La Fenice nibs of the corresponding colors but in extra fine. I can't really write how I like with nibs above a Japanese fine. These are fantastic, very large nibs with a light touch of feedback.

I am interested in trading an Omas Paragon in Arco Bronze Celluloid <M> for either:

• Otto Hutt Design 8 - Ruthenium color only
• Otto Hutt Design C
• Sailor King of Pen Wabi Sabi edition II or III - any color

The Omas Paragon is brand new- uninked [A1] condition, 14K <M> nib. It is a new Omas Paragon from the modern reincarnation of Omas. It will come with its box and papers. I did not buy this directly from a retailer- it was purchased from someone else who bought it but did not want it- but I see no issues with the pen. The celluloid is incredible. If you screw the cap on at the right start the celluloid streaks in the cap will line up with those in the body.

I know the last two on the above list are a stretch, but if you think there is a trade deficit I would consider covering it. I am OK with any nib size but I will give preference to finer nibs if perhaps multiple people show up. As far as condition- I would prefer no major gouges or marks as long as the pen, nib, and filling system work. Microscratches, inked, some light use are all fine with me.

Condition: [B]. Has been inked. I purchased it from Pen_Swap in this condition and have not added more ink to it- it will probably need to be flushed with water. Have not used it since I received it. There is nothing wrong with it, just not my favorite pen once I got it in hand.

From looking online, I think the body size is intermediate between the Momento Zero and the Momento Zero Grande. It has 13 facets. About half of the pen body is a rich blue and the other half is very very dark blue/black.

This acrylic resin is gorgeous and still in pristine condition. I found that I prefer their Oversized model more, which is why I'm selling this. The stub nib is slightly stained with a red permanent ink, but the pen was never filled with permanent ink. If that bothers you, Esterbrook nibs are very easy to swap- I just don't have an extra. It has been inked once but I opened it and cleaned all the ink out and did a final rinse with distilled water. Ink capacity is 1.2 mL compared to 0.7 mL if it was an Estie converter.

I got both of these from Pen_Swap recently but they are just a little too small for me to write comfortably with. I have only dipped and then thoroughly cleaned the unstriped one (with a final distilled water rinse). I will copy and paste the descriptions from the post that I got them from.

Pilot Myu [B+]. Fine nib. $220.

The striped stainless steel body still presents very nicely, and the clip remains in excellent shape with a clean, attractive appearance. The nib has a slight deformation at the tip, and the painted finish on the feed has some chipping. Feed paint loss is a common cosmetic issue for pens this old and does not affect function. The nib deformation is minor and also does not impact performance — the pen writes smoothly and reliably in normal use. Overall, this is a good user-grade Striped Myu that remains fully functional with honest signs of wear."
