•  Special Note: it has a 3D-printed inner cap I've made to help prevent the nib from drying out. The top of the inner cap attaches securely to the exposed screw inside the cap. It doesn't touch the nib but fits snugly against the nib collar, creating an air seal. I adjusted the length to ensure the cap closes smoothly without any interference. And of course, the inner cap can be easily removed if you don't want to use it.

Based on my previous experience shipping pens to the US, Europe, and India, delivery typically takes about one week to arrive.

I have only used Pilot Iro ink in this pen. I wrote with it maybe for a collective hour the entire time I’ve had it. I swear to all that is holy I have flushed this pen out 30 times. There is still water in the “magic reservoir” as we speak. When I try to write with it to see if the ink is there, there is the faintest blue but it looks like a trick of the light. I am sick of it. Also, the o-ring when filling is slightly loose.

In short, I want this thing out of my house. I haven’t inked it in ~4 years. There are no scratches or dents or whatever, the o-ring being dangly is the only issue. Haven’t tried filling it with ink.

Aurora Optima Solé LE - $350 - D condition for nib swap, C otherwise SOLD PENDING PAYMENT

This is a gorgeous Aurora with a desirable “Long tines” older style EF 14k nib. This gives the nib a really nice bouncy (NOT FLEX) feel and excellent writing characteristics. The body is a beautiful orange celluloid. The clip and cap lip trim have some wear but otherwise the pen is in great shape. Piston filler works great.

Visconti Homo Sapiens Midi - $350 - C condition SOLD PENDING PAYMENT

This is the smaller sized Visconti Homo Sapiens with a piston filler- not the big guy with the Power Filler. It also features a no.5 palladium medium nib that writes like an absolute dream. I find this pen to fit really comfortably in the hand and it has a really pleasant weight. There is some damage to the enamel on the logo on the clip as well as a couple of scratches, all pictured in the album.
Great user grade pen and somewhat uncommon.

Emptied cartridge and refilled once, cartridge has been flushed clean in case you want to refill. No visible scuffs that I can see. Note this is the 1.5 stub not 1.1 (was purchased from Vanness where they let you pick nonstandard.) Comes in original box.

SOLD $150 [B+] Benu Haute, fine nib. This is a lovely purple-grey shifting pen with strains of green in it. It was a Benu Hidden Gem from their website. No visible signs of use that I can see, just a lovely sparkly pen.

SOLD $110 [D for nib swap, otherwise B+] Benu Talisman, Four Leaf Clover Broad Nib. Another lovely Benu pen, no visible micro scratches, but bills have to be paid.

SOLD $95 [B] Franklin Christoph 45, in the old model. I think the resin was called snow. F nib. A lovely little pen, in fairly good condition. There is staining on the threads connecting the grip to the pen body from when I eye droppered it with a purple ink. It will come with a mini Kaweco converter.

SOLD $55 [B+] Fine Writing International Pencket. EF nib I got this pen from Endless, used it once and then put it in a drawer. It has a stunning resin, but the model was just not for me.

SOLD $350 [B] Sailor Pro Gear Black Hole, medium nib. I am hesitant to get rid of this pen, but I almost never reach for it. It should be used by someone who loves it more than I do. Tentatively rated a B as I got it here on reddit years ago. I am unsure of how to price it, so I'm willing to entertain reasonable offers for it.

Verification

The Pilot Lady was released alongside the Elite as a stylish, sometimes fun option to the sometimes staid Elite line. As with all pocket pens, when closed the pen is small enough to fit comfortably into a pocket or purse. When posted, it becomes a full size pen, ready for a range of writing and drawing experiences. These two Ladys feature matching metal caps and white sections that show pop-inspired graphics. The Pilot Elite is the crosshatched main cap and black back cap and provides a lowkey counterpoint to the energy of the Ladys. All of the pens take modern Pilot cartridges or the Con-40 converters. Prices are inclusive of USPS shipping in the USA; foreign orders please inquire for additional costs. All sub rules apply; please respond publicly before DMing. 

The first Lady has matching metal caps that are a lightly tinted blue silver tone. There is a fleur-de-lys graphic at the openings, separated by a knurled locking ring. The body of the pen is white and has very light stain marks close to the nib. The silver toned fingernail nib is 14k <F> and writes a very smooth wet line. The pen is in excellent shape and outside of the faint staining near the nib, shows very few signs of use. The sloping clip is silver toned, matching the locking ring and the nib. B+ condition, $90 USPS insured and shipped. 

* * * S O L D * * * The second Lady has matching gold toned metal caps that are decorated with hearts from the openings. The locking ring is faceted and gold toned, matching the sloping clip and gold nib. The 18k <F> nib writes a smooth line, but isn’t as wet as the other Lady. There are some use marks on the cap, but no dings or gouges. The white section is lightly stained near the nib. 
B condition, $90 USPS insured and shipped.

The PIlot Elite has a 14k <F> nib, H1180, that writes smoothly and slightly wet. The nib is in good condition but shows some use. The section and back cap show wear, but no gouges or etched lines. The metal crosshatched cap has black etched lines that have done a great job of protecting this pen over its 40 year life span. B- condition, $125 USPS insured and shipped.

Sailor Pro Gear Slim – Manyo #2 Violet LE – < F>. Verification pics here. Condition: B.  I am the second owner of this pen.  It is in pristine condition.  The 14c nib has characteristic Sailor feedback.  I am a big fan of the <F> nib, and I like the demonstrator look, but I have other pens I prefer to use.  I will ship it in Sailor packaging, but not in the original packaging.  Includes a Sailor converter.  $150 SOLD

Parker 75 Insignia – 14c <F/M>. Verification pics here. Condition: D for vintage.  Beautiful example of the gold-filled Parker 75.  I have dated this one to 1967 or early 1968 production based on the following: (1) the barrel has a blank cartouche (engraving panel) that Parker introduced in 1967; (2) the tassies are completely flat, as opposed to the “dish” tassies on later models; (3) the internal barrel threads are plastic, rather than metal (as found in 1964-65 models); and (4) it has the “0” alignment ring that Parker retired by mid-1968.  The channels on the Insignia barrel and cap are comparatively shallower than those on the later production Insignia II.  The nib is delightfully smooth.  If the pen was not too slender for my liking, this would be a keeper and EDC.  Includes a Parker twist converter. $150

Wahl Eversharp Doric I “Popular” - <F> semi-flex | Bronze and Green. Verification pics here. Condition: D for vintage. 1935 production. Wahl Eversharp introduced the Doric in 1931.  In 1935, the last year of the Doric I, the “Popular” line debuted, a lower cost line of Dorics.  The Popular line was characterized by a single cap band (rather than a stacked double band) and the absence of the Gold Seal mark (introduced in the 1920s in response to Sheaffer's White Dot) on the standard Doric line.

While micro-scratching is visible under high magnification, this is a lovely pen that has a lot of shine.  The surface of the clip has some micro-scratching and there is some pitting on the sides of the clip; it is otherwise in outstanding shape with great shine. The reflective gold cap band is also in nice condition.  Because of the 12-faceted design of the pen, rotating the cap can make the band appear silver on either side of the facet you are looking at directly. One of the facets on the cap has a rub mark that is visible under light at certain angles (see pics).

Wahl Eversharp celluloid is notorious for its tendency to discolor and craze.  A section at the end of the barrel and a smaller section at top of the cap are translucent and thus almost certainly crazing (see pics).  Grip section replaced and sac installed approximately 15 months ago.

The nib is a smooth <F> with some semi-flex (see writing samples).  The nib is prone to nib creep.  $140 SOLD
