1.8 ecotec P0011

I'm here seeking for advice
I'm trying to solve this P0011 default code, here's the situation
Parts replaced :
- New camshaft phasers
- New vvti solenoids
- 3 oil changes with LiquiMoly Engine flush each time
Symptoms :
- Ticking noise, following a precise rythm when engine is warm, located at the intake solenoid
- P0011 under load, with orange light on dash (car seen from the side with a key in it) , sometimes the CEL. But only if you push the engine. I did 400km without ant issue, because I was cruising with no strong acceleration. If I drop a gear and accelerate (for overtake f.e.) it will appear.
- lack of power
- removed the solenoids and cranked the car (coils unplugged) to check the oil : exhaust side is clean oil in good amount. Intake side is dirty and low amount (first pic)
So I suspect the oil gallery to be sludged juste on the intake side.
According to you, this diagnosis make sense ? Would you keep doing oil changes with engine flush to clean it ?
Or just get this gallery part out to clean it. (Need to remove camshaft pulleys to access it)
