I got 30 games I bought on my account, the games are present in the library on my console. I tried to share this account with a friend, but on his console, my account only has 16 games in the library, which are mostly some free games I had, and not the ones I bought. I tested with another friend and it's the same thing.

Some answers to questions I received on a previous post: I know how sharing an account works, I have been sharing another account with a friend for over 11 years now, never had a problem like this. My account is set as primary on his console. The games were indeed bought. He verified correctly in the library on my account, not his. We live in different cities, but in the same country so it's also not a legislation problem. If it makes any difference, this account doesn't have PsPlus.

Ele está original de fábrica, não sei se preciso dar mais alguma especificação. Não entendo muito de Hardware.

De acordo com o CMD ele tem atualmente 8gb de ram, e em slots usados está 1 de 2. Isso quer dizer que posso adicionar mais 1 de 8gb? quais especificações eu devo procurar na hora de comprar uma ram para ser compatível com esse modelo? Existe diferença de uma marca de memória RAM para outra? Devo desmontar o notebook para ver a marca da memória RAM que ele tem e comprar igual?
