Help! I need a skincare routine

Hello, I am a 31F, and this is my skin. I have dilated pores, redness, occasional acne, and I guess what is considered textured. I’d really like to start a skincare routine with affordable products (Walmart, Ulta, Amazon, etc). I have no idea where to start. Please be kind. I am already hard on myself.
