i need help logging into my samsung account. i never knew that samsung was this​ strict when it came to verification.

my old phone is gone. its broken. it literally just broke a couple days ago. im currently "borrowing" another phone until i can buy myself a new one. i have no imei number, no phone number (the my phone number linked to my samsung account), no backup codes, and i can't change my phone number and do the 2 week process because im kind of in a situation where i cant get an actual phone number for the current phone i have and i have to use a temporary number through an app. i know its probably sounds stupid but please help. i had my entire life in my old phone before it broke and i just want to log in my samsung account so i can sort of get everything back.

i also want to add that i contacted the samsung support number about this. they asked for my name, email, and number. i told them that my phone was broken and i cant get any codes to the phone or phone number, i do not know any backup codes, and cant get any verification codes to my temporary number. they told me they were going to transfer me to the “concerned department and ensure they follow up accordingly.” then they never got me to me?

soo, is there anything i could possibly do to get my account back? or do i just have to take my L and start a whole new account?
