Anyone start at a normal healthy weight?
So I’m a 29F I’m 5’4 and 135. I had a surgery about a month and a half ago and I’m healed up but I’ve been struggling with food since being post op. The food noise has been crazy and I’ve shot up 10 lbs. I’m usually pretty good at maintaining and losing weight naturally. In law school I ballooned up and gained 50+ lbs and was about 165-170 at heaviest and was able to slowly lose through proper diet and exercise but I’ve never been able to get back down to 115/120 like I was before. At this point, I want to just cancel the food noise and have a little push to get back down especially since post op my habits got all fucked up. They let me through the initial intake but I’m unsure if the video consult is worth my time or they’re likely to reject me even for micro dosing since I’m already at a healthy weight and I don’t want to waste the time. Has anyone had luck or is this a stupid idea and I should just get a personal trainer lol?
