The song I am looking for sampled Welcome to Jamrock by Damian Marley. It starts out with the woman's voice "Out in the street they call it murder" and then it repeats "in the street, in the street, in the street" throughout the song.

The male artist then comes in with "MURDER MURDER M-MURDER MURDER M-MURDER MURDER" (or something close to that)

Came out prior to 2013.

I have already looked through the whosampled website to see if I could find this song and it was not there so it is a possibility that it was from a much smaller artist. One of my coworkers used to play it on his phone all the time when we worked in a kitchen.
