Advice for a 15-year-old planning for Stanford and Ivy League admissions

Hi everyone!
I’m 15 years old, and my dream is to study at a top university like Stanford, Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, or Cornell in the future.
Right now, I don’t have any major achievements yet, but I’m trying to build a strong foundation. I enjoy mathematics and consider it one of my strongest subjects, although I haven’t participated in math competitions or won any awards yet.
I’ve already started planning my high school years, but I don’t want to spend the next four years doing things that don’t really matter.
If you were in my position again, what would you focus on the most?
Would you prioritize research, competitions, personal projects, internships, volunteering, leadership, or something completely different?
What mistakes should I avoid?
Most importantly, what do you wish someone had told you when you were 14?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your personal experiences rather than generic advice. Thank you so much!

People who got into prestigious universities, how did you prepare?

I’m really curious about your experience.
If you got into a top university (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, Cambridge, or similar), how did you prepare?
What did your daily routine look like?
How many hours did you study?
What resources did you use?
What extracurriculars did you focus on?
Was the process as difficult as you expected, or was it different?
Also, please mention **which university you got into**. I’d genuinely love to read your story and learn about your journey.
I’d really appreciate detailed answers. Thanks!
