Is it worth upgrading to a rtx 3050 6gb from a gtx 1660 super?
Hey I’m pretty new at pc building and I know a few things about it , I bought a prebuilt to start off for a cheap price since I was new at pc gaming , and it came with a rx 580 8gb, but then I got a free upgrade from a friend to a gtx 1660 6gb, it was working better than the rx 580 I had. I’m thinking of upgrading my pc components the more I learn, I came across a new out of the box rtx 3050 6gb on Facebook marketplace for $100, and I wanted to ask if it’s worth the upgrade? And if it’ll make a big difference? I play pcvr beat saber, vrchat, and mid range games. I’m not THAT into AAA games, I just want a quieter better cooler gpu. 3050 sounds better but I could be wrong.
