Today was amazing!! I saw a new (for me) pain specialist… this was his introduction: “I’m the one who’s going to fix you.” In tears, after 20 years someone took me seriously and didn’t prescribe narcs!!!

Anyone know of a good, honest center (one not owned by Medtronic)?
So not happy with the new one i saw today. Said my MRI is “scary”, but all he wants to do is stick me with more needles and send me home with TYLENOL in the meantime ( at least a week.?) I was in tears, does anyone truly help pain? If the injections work i wouldn’t be seeking a doctor.
