Coaches and Families of the U-20 athletes in town. Please, please advise your athletes that jaywalking or crossing at a non-intersection / crosswalk is especially deadly along Franklin Blvd.
I’m not a nation narc, but two young athletes walked across traffic this morning. It is essentially a freeway/highway exit and cars can exceed 50 MPH. Stepping out in front of cars you’re obstructed by in front of cars going that speed is a recipe for disaster.
Let’s win World Championship medals, not Darwin Awards.
