I was appointed as Forward Scout for my liege's court. I missed a Capital Exam because he was traveling somewhere. I searched online and there is supposed to be somewhere either on my own character's menu or my liege's menu that allows me to resign, but I am not seeing it. How do I resign from this court position?

I am a landless noble right now with just my House title for context.

When you get to Intendant level and only the Ministries are left to take, is there any way to exclude yourself from being in line for other kingdoms and focus on just the Empire tier stuff?

It is pretty divisive in my play group, about 50/50. I'm planning on integrating it for my birthday celebration game coming up this weekend, but generally, it is left in the box. Do you folks usually include it or not? And why?
