I FUCKING LOVE WHEN TENACITY ONLY WORKS TO FUCK ME OVER
Actually most dogshit useless fucking thing that they've ever added, it does genuinely nothing, I'll get chain cc'd for 20 years on tank and never once get a tenacity proc, only when I'm trying to kill somebody does it decide to proc, I love it when I'm playing Rogue or Hulk and have to roll the dice on whether or not my abilities are actually gonna work on my target, but oh no, lets not actually have tenacity affect the problematic abilities like Devil's grab, Invis pull, or white fox charm, go fuck yourself. God Luna especially, I think shoving broken glass down my urethra would be better than dealing with Luna and White fox backline, just getting charmed every 5 seconds, and luna having her stupid ass hit scan freeze that you can barley react to. They didn't even address how fucking bad this was in the dev vision, just scrape it under the rug ig. Lets not do the smart thing like what Overwatch did and actually start removing some of the ridiculous cc in this game, and instead lets add this convoluted shitass system that doesn't actually work. Or at least increase the cooldowns on these abilities.
