As mentioned in the video, this is something I remember doing as a kid as well.
Anyways, relating to golf.. if you were to setup to the golf ball and rest your club on your stomach, then do this windmill move with both arms, grab the club and hit your shot... wouldn't this same logic have an affect on chunking or thinning shots depending on how your shoulder joints are set up? They always say to feel relaxed and neutral, but wouldn't forcing your arms out in a more extended position create this same "trick" this video promotes?
